I work for a nationwide relocation company.We help families find agents to help them buy or sell a home when they are moving across the country, and don't know much about the the area they are moving to.We have asked Nancy to help us with a lot of our customers, because when we do, we know the customer is going to be happy. My husband and I relocated from Dayton, Ohio to Cleveland, Ohio in April 2003. Unfortunately, we had to move quickly because my husband's new job began in six weeks.. We had little time to give our two-week notice to our Dayton employers, pack our belongings, put our house on the market and buy a new home in Cleveland. Gratefully, my husband knew Nancy was a realtor. Nancy was absolutely wonderful. She listened intently to our needs and wants for our new home. Because we were still in Dayton, we could only look for homes on the weekend. Within two weekends, we had virtually looked at every available home that fit our criteria. But by the end of that Sunday, we were still undecided. Nancy decided to look for any other homes we may have missed. She found two more homes for us. But we could only look at one of them, because we had to leave the next morning. True to Nancy's skills, the last house was the perfect home for us. Not only is it a great home, but also we have wonderful neighbors. Had it not been for Nancy's tenacity we would not have been so successful in such a short period of time. Nancy's love for her job is apparent because she always made sure we were happy with her services. We can only send praises and accolades to her. In three simple words "We love Nancy!" And we would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an ambitious, honest realtor.
